Shipping

All South Simcoe Machine orders ship from Ontario, Canada.

We ship using trusted carriers including Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, Canpar, FedEx, and GLS. The carrier used may vary depending on your location, order size, and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Processing Time

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days.

Custom engraved, anodized, made-to-order, or built-to-order products may require additional production time. If a product has a specific lead time, it will be listed on the product page.

Canada & USA Shipping

Delivery within Canada and the USA is typically 7–10 business days after the order has shipped.

Free shipping is available on orders over $299 in Canada and the USA.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination, carrier, and order size.

Any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

PO Boxes

Orders shipping to a PO box will be sent using Canada Post.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the tracking information.

Need Your Order by a Certain Date?

If you need your order for a trip, event, race, or deadline, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to help, but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed once the package is with the carrier.
